Workshop: Love and forgiveness in relationships
The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. (Mahatma Gandhi)
It is difficult to be completely present and available to a new relationship until you heal the past, the hurt part in yourself. If you continue to keep in your mind and in your heart wounds from previous relationships, thoughts of revenge and retaliation, self-pity and self-righteousness you cannot have a loving relationship with anyone else. If you are able to forgive and to accept the reality of your life, you can free the love which was kept in this cage. Forgiveness it is not something you do to someone else. It is a gift you give to yourself to release from the past and to become free for the present moment.
In this workshop we will work on forgiveness in relationships with exercises, sharing, contemplation and constellation.
