Workshop: „Forgiving – Old Traditions and Modern Therapy“
In my work
as a dream therapist and regression (reincarnation) therapist I face three
source psychological problems that cause nightmares, depression etc. The
problems are fear, feeling guilty, and feeling wrong. When the source problem
is detected, the main thing is to help to integrate the new vision of an old
problem. Forgiveness is an urgent part of this integration process. Forgiveness
is an important part of healing in different old traditions as well. Due to
meetings with authentic shamans and healers I learned some simple and effective
approaches to forgiveness that help me in my work. The workshop will be a
practical one rather than theoretical, and the participants should be ready to
work with their own problems.
