Irina KURIS, Ph.D. in Psychology and Pedagogic, the head of the Transpersonal Psychology department at the Baltic Academy for Pedagogical Science, the author of the Bioenergoplastic method based on Yoga and Indian Sacred Dance, founder and leader of the Plastic Movement School, teaches since 1987, gave workshops and seminars in Poland, Israel, Hungary, Germany, Holland, author of the books “Energy of Yoga and Dance”, “Mudras and Hastas”, “Yoga and Plastic Movement”, “Dance and Plastic Movement: Transpersonal Research”.

Workshop:
Bioenergetics as the way of transformation of mentality & metacognition

The workshop is based on the author’s method for body-spirit work with energy. It includes relaxation based on yoga mental-motion practice, yoga meditative dance, and spontaneous motion. This practice offers multileveled mental and motional coordination with the use of universal graphic symbols. It allows to balance and activate functions of the cortical big hemispheres, of cerebrum, and develops know-how within the static-dynamic regime. Yet, it gives the most optimum way for creation the conditions of exit in the altered state of consciousness with the effect of acquiring transpersonal knowledge. It also helps to harmonize and stabilize psychophysical state, due to re-distribution of inner energies. The program includes mudras and hastas for psycho-energetic correction, and exercises for gaining and distributing energy.
