Workshop (90-minutes):
Radical Forgiveness: Breaking free of the victim role
Life constantly has injuries in store for us: a “dressing-down” from the boss, an unfair remark from a colleague, or an argument at home with one’s partner. Such events could ruin a good mood and the whole day, and often enough we place the blame for them on others.
But what would it be like if those who injure and offend us are our most intimate friends on a higher level? And if that were the case: How could we then transform our relationship problems, our day-to-day aggravation into love and compassion? Colin Tipping’s Radical Forgiveness makes it possible for us to turn away from the all-too familiar feeling of being a victim: What would it be like if everything that befalls us in life had a purpose?
Colin Tipping’s technique combines effective psychological methods with a spiritual approach, in this way helping people be at peace with themselves and the world. Involving a few, clear steps, this process can be successfully completed by all.
In the workshop, after an introduction to the concept of Radical Forgiveness, you can experience firsthand the healing power of forgiveness in the 13-step process of Radical Forgiveness.
