Keiding, Pia / DenmarkWorkshop:

Mindfulness and Conflict: From Diabolon to Symbolon

Splitting, conflict (‘DIA’) be it inside us or between us can become ‘diabolon’ if not recognised. With different exercises we’ll look at underlying issues of terror and conflict and options of how to enter into unity, reconciliation (‘SYMbolon)’ inside us and in connection with others. How we can become more mindful inside and of one another. How conflict can become the entrance door to perceiving the ‘diabolon’, how to go into a letting go and thereby moving towards openness for reconciliation, which might be seen as the essence of forgiving.
