Beller, Regina (GER)
Workshop:
Going through desperation, hate and grief: my spiritual way out of violence, abuse and unrelatedness during a therapy without drugs and medication.
The most meaningful realization out of my process of transformation is that peace on the inside and on the outside will only be possible if I confront and integrate my deepest feelings and hurts. When reaching a certain depth in the process, personal and transpersonal experiences merge and represent the challenge as well as the link between the human coexistence and the cosmic events. The gift of this spiritual path is the reconnection to the universal love and wisdom, the strongest source of strength of everything alive.
The workshop participants are invited to get to know this way of realization. I will talk about the inner experiences I’ve gone through, the methods we worked with and the kind of relationships that are created towards my therapy, my therapist, people of the group and other people in my daily life, as well as how these experiences affect my life in general. I will introduce paintings that have been made during this path. Afterwards there will be space for discussion.
About me:
Regina Beller, M.A., 40, Educational Science with main focus on Adult Education, Environmental Education, Interdisciplinarity.
Basic training in Academic Conversation and Focusing.
In the year 2002 I started a spiritual therapy with Holotropic Breathwork by Grof.
Main aspects of integration in the personal area were unprocessed traumas of the family, in the trans-individual area on a deeper spiritual level there were the unprocessed experiences of the Holocaust and the World War II that have been bringing up dramatic soul paintings in correlation with the unprocessed family affairs. The interweaving of those levels and the depth of the experiences presented a great and healing challenge for me: through the continuing work on the process and through the company of Ingo Jahrsetz and Judith Miller I found back to the deep feeling of being alive that has always been my basic nature.
